Dr Akram Sabri Jasim
I graduated in 1995 from the University of Baghdad, Iraq. After practicing in my own general dental practice for just over 10 years, I completed a three year postgraduate orthodontic training programme where I was awarded a Masters of Science in Orthodontics degree in 2004. I went onto teach orthodontics at the University of Anbar in Iraq and during this time I was involved in developing the university syllabus. The position also allowed me to get involved in academic and scientific research and to participate in professional conferences. I attained my Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin in 2014 [MFDS] after which time, I moved to live in Ireland permanently with my family. I have been providing orthodontic treatment for children and adults since 2006 and the range of systems I can provide for adults include Invisalign and lingual orthodontics as well as providing conventional techniques and treatments.
I am a good communicator and like to make sure that my patients feel at ease and are listened to. Throughout the 20 years that I have been practicing dentistry, I have gained a reputation of being a caring dentist with a long track record of successfully diagnosing and treating patients of all age groups.
