Brenda Barrett

Brenda graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin in 1988. She spent 5 years in the UK in general practice and another two years undergoing postgraduate training at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London. She then returned to her home town of Carlow, taking over the practice in 1995 and has expanded and developed it since.
Keenly interested in postgraduate education, she studied for the Diploma In Clinical Dentistry from her old Alma Mater, Trinity College, and was awarded the Diploma in 2002. She regularly attends postgraduate courses in Ireland and abroad to keep abreast of the latest technologies and has recently completed a year long course in Dental Implantology.

Lotte Ramsden

I have worked in general practice since qualifying as a dentist from Cardiff University in 1999, firstly in Wales, and then in Ireland from 2006 when I moved to Ireland with my family. In order to gain more experience in child dentistry, I have recently worked in the community dental services in Denmark. This enabled me to gain insight into the very comprehensive treatment offered to children and adults with special needs and has helped me to improve the quality of care that I offer my current patients.
During my time practising as a dentist, I have gained considerable experience in the
treatment of patients including: preventative care, caries treatment, crown and bridgework, periodontics, endodontics, trauma treatment, and inhalation sedation.
I would describe myself as a committed, patient, and conscientious dentist, where quality of work is very important to me.I enjoy working in general practice with a wide range of patients needs.I have gained much experience of working with nervous patients, adults as well as children. and especially enjoy this field of dentistry.I am firmly committed to continuing dental education which I see as an essential commitment to my patients.

Lisa Walshe
B.A.,B.Dent.Sc. MFDS R.C.S. (Ireland)
Lisa qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2007 and immediately commenced a year long postgraduate course in general dental practice. She joined the practice in 2009 and has a keen interest in all aspects of dental care especially restorative and cosmetic dentistry. She regularly attends postgraduate courses as part of her commitment to her profession. Lisa has recently attended her fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
